Revolutionizing Neurological care with Table Tennis
NeuroPongTM is a table tennis program designed for people living with neurodegenerative conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Dementia, and more. It combines the multiple physical benefits of the sport with the emotional support that a community provides.
By combining a safe, engaging and fun environment, we aim to improve motor skills, cognitive function and social well-being, ultimately promoting improvement in the quality of life for everyone. In so doing, we honor and respect the different physical and mental capabilities of each individual.
The program is the corner stone of Table Tennis Connections , a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Fort Collins, Colorado.

What Happens As We Age?
Understanding
Normal Brain Aging
As we age, changes in brain structure and function are a natural part of life. While the brain remains remarkably adaptive, subtle declines in memory, processing speed, and coordination can emerge over time. These changes are not signs of disease but reflect the brain’s natural aging process. Maintaining mental and physical activity plays a key role in supporting brain health throughout life.
